Students set meaningful academic goals, prepare for upcoming coursework, and receive guidance in making informed decisions about classes. Coaches also help students explore enrichment opportunities in academics, athletics, music, leadership, and other areas of interest.
Throughout the program, students reflect on their progress through an Academic Journey Journal, documenting their achievements, challenges, and future goals. Regular coaching conversations encourage self-evaluation, celebrate growth, and establish clear action steps for continued success.
